AdvanTec Marine Rebranding Showcases Best Marine Closures Portfolio

SEATTLE, Sept. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- "It's all because of a love affair with a boat," said Dugie Freeman, founder of Freeman Marine, one of the five marine companies of the AdvanTec Marine family of companies. The five AdvanTec Marine companies all had similar beginnings; passionate, talented people dedicated to creating and building the best marine closures and cranes in the industry. Today, the companies of AdvanTec Marine work together under a new brand that makes clearer their connectivity and collaboration. Diamond Sea Glaze, Manly Marine, Pacific Coast Marine and Steelhead Marine comprise the AdvanTec Marine family, along with Freeman Marine.

The marine division of AdvanTec Global Innovations, AdvanTec Marine recently embarked on a rebranding initiative. The division, formerly called Advanced Marine Technologies (AMT), rebranded in order to better showcase the company's vast marine products portfolio and to unify its immense capabilities.

"As a unified group of marine companies, each with decades of experience, we bring together under our AdvanTec Marine brand comprehensive solutions and innovative ideas all delivered through a single source," said Darren Loken, AdvanTec's Marine Division President. "Consider the vast demands we meet in the global marketplace every day," he said. "Our customers don't have to go to multiple outlets to have their needs met. We deliver everything from a commercial watertight hatch for a United States Coast Guard vessel, to a custom hydraulic mast for a mega yacht."

With the rebranding effort in full swing, the company has lost no ground in its continued efforts to expand in order to more efficiently serve its customers, most recently adding a design and sales office in the U.S. Gulf Coast region. "We understand how critical deliverable timelines are to our customers," Mr. Loken said. "When we add design, service and manufacturing centers our ability to deliver increases dramatically."

AdvanTec Marine's new brand will be prevalent in the marketplace in coming weeks and months, especially visible at upcoming trade shows in Monaco, New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale, Amsterdam and Seattle. Customers and prospects can look for the new brand mark in conjunction with the individual company brands they have relied on for years.
